The Ricoh Service Contract is a a maintenance and supply contract with Ricoh. It covers parts and repairs as well as toner shipments. Charges are per page. Meter reads are required once a month. The Ricoh contact person is John Romain (john.romain@ricoh-usa.com) and David Unumb (david.unumb@ricoh-usa.com). Devices included in this contract are the Mailroom Copier, the Fourth Floor Copier and the Lower Level Printer.
