Crimson Print Information

In 2023, CES moved over to Crimson Print to manage the Ricohs in the mailroom, the lower level, and the fourth floor. This was to allow easier mapping of printers for visiting scholars and students.

Groups

CES has two groups in Grouper (LDAP) to manage access to the printers.

FCOR Euro Stds Ctr-Stf - Automated off employment information. Part time employees will need to be manually added and removed.

FCOR Euro Stds Ctr-Oth - Automated off appointments of Visiting Scholars and Graduate students. Resident faculty need to be manually added and removed.

Color Printing

The grouper group HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES-GrayScale is a composite of HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES minus HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES-Color

HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES-GrayScale-1049895

CES-Crimson-Print Restriction Setting: All Print Jobs are converted to Grayscale if user is a member of HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES-GrayScale-1049895 Users of HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES-Color-1046959 will have their jobs print without color/grayscale changes.

FAS-CES-AdolphusBCH-MAIL-C01 Device setting: Only members of HUIT-EUS-CP-FAS-CES-Color-1046959 can copy in color.
