The Mailroom copier is a multifunction copy machine located in the mailroom. It is maintained and supplied under the Ricoh service contract.
Print reports should be provided to Filomena Cabral every three months. At the end of the month. December-February, March-May, June-September,October-December.
Web panel
[edit | edit source]Printer settings and directory information can be updated from the web panel, accessible by browser at the printer's IP address.
Troubleshooting
[edit | edit source]Users have reported that the scan-to-email function does not work. The problem appears to occur more frequently with FAS addresses, and less with Gmail addresses.
The power button is hidden behind a trap door on the front to the right of the touchscreen panel.
