The Ricoh service contract is a a maintenance and supply contract with Ricoh. It covers parts and repairs as well as toner shipments. Charges are per page. Meter reads are required once a month. The Ricoh contact person is John Romain. Devices included in this contract are the Mailroom Copier and the Fourth Floor Copier.
