==Voice Lift==
Because the ceiling microphones are not amplified as intended in the previous upgrade project, an amplifier will be added to the rack, and the speakers will be zoned in a mix-minus setup.
 
==Seamless Switching==
Early proposals included a Roland production switcher to fix the problem of high latency when switching video sources.  However, to reduce cost and increase flexibility, CES is exploring the possibility of building a switching PC with a four-channel video capture card.  This would require AdTech to run four video outputs from the DM switcher to the back wall.

The 2018 A/V Upgrade Project was a project to correct problems with the 2017 A/V Upgrade Project. Due to time constraints, it was split into two projects, the Ceiling microphone upgrade project and the Seamless switcher upgrade project.
