Removing Affiliates from/adding to Listservs

Once a semester

	- Review list servs 

Remove people no longer affiliated Add new affiliates as necessary -Depending on number of people being removed or added- look into: Mass removal or mass addition

Winter and Summer before semester starts -Check in with laura, Vassilis and Perhaps Gila about up to date list verification of Affiliates that should be on the mailing list
