Event Recording Set up

At CES there are a number of events in the Lower Level Conference room that are scheduled for recording. Here are the to do's before any event recording can take place:

-Bring charged tables mic into conference room -Post release signs for audience to know they are being recorded -Turn on crestron/sign into the production switcher TBC
