Adding Custom Locations to Events

If an Event Location is provided, the directions link should now generate a Google Maps link to that location. If there's no Event Location and only a "Event Location Other" provided, the directions link is removed.

There's a "Directions Form" module available in the Page Blocks field in the Advanced Content tab on events. That module has an "Override Directions Link" toggle - if that's enabled, the Directions link next to the address will point the user down to the Directions Form module on the page.
