Troubleshooting

Mary Lewis's Brother printer occasionally does not display duplex printing settings. Making sure her Mac has the necessary drivers installed is a must. Setting duplex via the PC can be done by going on the printer settings, page layouts and modifying a preset for double sided printing. Anytime duplex printing is needed, you just need to enable the preset.
