Step-and-repeat banner upgrade project

The Step-and-repeat banner upgrade project is an ongoing project in to replace the standing banner in the Lower Level Conference Room with a motorized, ceiling-mounted banner, which will be controllable by a switch located at the tech station. It is intended to correct the issue of the fabric crease caused by the current banner's proximity to the air registers. It was modeled on the JFK Jr Forum's motorized banner.
