Survey Monkey is the platform that CES uses for sharing surveys. Survey Monkey requires two-step verification by default. Only two devices are allowed per account. Each account has either two permanent assignees, or one permanent assignee and two rotating assignees. The rotating assignees may remove each other from the account device list as needed.
