The Mailroom copier is a multifunction copy machine located in the mailroom. It is maintained and supplied under the Ricoh service contract.
Web panel
Printer settings and directory information can be updated from the web panel, accessible by browser at the printer's IP address.
Troubleshooting
Users have reported that the scan-to-email function does not work. The problem appears to occur more frequently with FAS addresses, and less with Gmail addresses.
