[edit | edit source]
- I am selecting the 3 doted icon next to the folder I want to share. In this case "Photography 23-24". I select "Copy link".

- The copied link was pasted into the email I am compiling and it is being shared with a gmail account not within the Harvard network. The reason the link appears red and the folder would not be accessible.
- We need to right click on the folder within the email and select "Access management". From there a small window will prompt with the option "Recipients of this message". which is the setting we need to give access to gmail address in our email.

- Once settings have been configured. The folder you are looking to share is highlighted in blue and ready to be shared with the email recipient.
