How to share with external Harvard recipients

  • When looking to share a file/folder with external Harvard recipient

- Copy the file URL from sharepoint - Paste into email being shared with recipient - If link appears red. Right click on the copied link inside the email and select "manage access" - This will allow you to edit file settings to allow "recipient of this message" to access the folder you are sharing.

I right clock the folder within email to edit access management
Once settings are edited. You are able to send out email to external Harvard recipient.
