Tape down wire. # Plug Larry White into laptop. # Set the following on Larry White: #* Level (both channels): instrument. #* Pad (both channels): off. #* Volume (both channels): 50%. #* Master volume: 50%. #* 48V: on. #* Direct monitor to on. # Plug HDMI into laptop. Turn on projection. # Plug webcam into laptop. Place webcam on chair in center of table. Tape down wire to stabilize. # Plug laptop into power strip. # Daisy-chain laptop to phone. # Tape down ethernet between phone and wall. # Start up laptop and open Skype. # Set the following settings in Skype: #* Microphone: Behringer. #* Speakers: Crestron. #* Camera: USB Device. #* Volume: 10. # Test Skype audio. # Make sure laptop is on wired Internet connection. ==Tips and troubleshooting== * Set Skype and wall panel volumes to maximum. Set Windows volume to 25%. Adjust the Windows volume up after the call begins. This will help avoid feedback or startling volume from the start of the call. * If feedback begins, use the master volume knob on the audio interface to cut it immediately. * If no sound occurs during Skype test, check Windows's playback device.
