Editing Event Request Form

==Integrated Event Request Form==
The event request form found here: [http://ces.fas.harvard.edu/events/seminar-requests ces.fas.harvard.edu/events/seminar-requests] was implemented to replace the form hosted on Cognito Forms. It's primary function is to create the event on the backend calendar with some information pre-filled. The event will be disabled and an email notification sent to necessary parties.

Fields are filled based on the form, with many located on the '''Request Information''' tab.
